보육인력의 전문성 제고를 위한 발달 및 지도 영역 표준화 연구

Abstract

본 연구에서는 영유아보육법 제 21조 제 2항(보육시설장 또는 보육교사 자격규정)에 제시된 보육교사 자격을 취득하기 위한 교과과정 중 발달 및 지도 영역 교과목 (인간행동과 사회환경, 아동관찰 및 행동연구, 아동생활지도, 아동상담(론), 특수아동지도)에 포함되어야 할 표준교과 개요를 도출하였다. 각 교과목에서 필수적으로 다루어야 할 내용과 선택적으로 다룰 수 있는 내용을 제시함으로써 보육자격관리사무국의 동일교과목 심의에 활용될 수 있고 보육교사의 전문성을 확보하는데 기여하고자 하였다.

This study developed standard curriculum outlines for 5 subject areas such as human behavior & social environment, child observation & behavioral studies, child guidance, child counseling, and special child education in the "development & guidance" field based on Educare law clause 21.2(Certification requirement for directors and teachers in educare facilities). By designating the mandatory & elective contents in each subject area these guidelines can be used by Educare Qualification Institute for subject evaluation and contribute to improve childcare teachers' professionality.
