방과 후 아동보육시설 종사자의 근무실태와 직무만족에 관한 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 방과후 아동보육시설 종사자(지역아동센터 종사자를 중심으로)의 근무실태, 교육이수현황, 직무만족도 및 요구 등을 파악함으로써 전문성향상을 위한 방안 도출하는데 주목적이 있다. 주요연구 결과 및 개선방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 방과후 아동보육시설 종사자들의 근무환경관련 애로사항은 낮은 임금 수준과 과중한 업무량으로 지적되었다. 이에 적정 임금 체계 개선을 통한 근무 여건 개선이 요구된다. 둘째, 방과후 아동보육시설 종사자들은 가족지원, 지역사회 연계, 학습지원에 대한 교육이 요구되었다. 이를 위한 표준화된 교육과정 개발과 보수교육이 제공되어야 한다. 셋째, 다양한 취업경로와 숙련시스템의 개발을 통한 역량있는 신규인력의 진입과 재직자들에게 경력개발 비전을 제공함으로써 직무만족도를 높이는 유인책 제시가 요구된다.

The purposes of this study are to survey working conditions, current completion of education and job satisfaction of After-school Child Care Teacher's(Focused on community social workers for children). The results are followings. First, difficulties of After-school Child Care Teacher's on the working environment are low wages and heavy workload. The improvement of the working conditions through the improvement of a wage system is demanded. Second, training courses such as aids to families, social community networking and learning support system are necessary for After-school Child Care Teacher's. A standardized curriculum and in-service education need to be provided. Third, to present a list of inducements is demanded to increase job satisfaction by providing diversity of work transition paths and practical systems for new employees and offering career development vision for incumbent workers.
